SMOKER DJ Genre OPEN FEE DJ NORI DJ TOHRU TAKAHASHI FUKUBA NAGI HOUSE / GARAGE 22:00 2500yen (1D) / 2000yen (1D) with/f 11th Anniversary幕開けとなる22日はDJ NORI、TOHRU TAKAHASHIが登場。 毎週水曜日、“SMOKER”という本物の音楽を鳴らし続けてきた彼らが、いつもどおり最高の音楽と空間を演出。 まさにアニバーサリーの幕開けに相応しい一夜になるだろう。 ■DJ NORI 79' にDJをスタートし、札幌、六本木を中心にキャリアを積む。 86' に渡米しNYのFujiyama-MamaでDJ活動を開始、NYのクラブ"パラダイスガラージでプレイするDJ LARRY LEVANと会う。 LARRYと共に、CHOICE、GAS STATION、TRACKSなどNYの人気クラブでプレイ、LARRY LEVANと共演した数少ないDJである。 90' GOLDのオープンニングの為帰国し、レジデンツDJとして活躍しつつも海外での活動が続く。 イタリア／リミニにてI-Dマガジン・オーガナイズパーティー、NY／バーバラ・タッカーオーガナイズの"Cafe Con Letche"でのDJプレイなど、国内外を問わず、その出演したクラブの数は数えきれない。新旧おりまぜた時間の隔たりを感じさせない独特の選曲と、そこから生まれるグルーブ感はアンダーグラウンド派にも絶大な人気を誇り大きくリスペクトされている。 1979 started DJ in Sapporo and Roppongi Japan.1986,He moved his musiclife toNewyork.And started DJ job at Japanese restaurant"FUJIYAMA-MAMA" which had a djbooth and t regendary club "paradise garage" and that main dj "Larry Levan". NORI and LARRY started to play together at " CHOICE " ,"GAS STATION","TRACKS" etc ..there was the main clubs in 80's.1990 Going back to Tokyo Japan For the opening of club"GOLD". but still going to play out of Japan.Like, Italy(peter pan/limini) Barbara Tucker's Party in Newyork, Sound Factry Bar Newyork,Cafe Con Letche newyork etc. His originaly groovy sense of mix and choice are very respected.Now,Nori play at club LOOP/Tokyo every wendsday.Prty's name called "SMOKER"t qhis small venue has a big guest like Satoshi Tomiie.Francois Kevorkin,LordG,Cosmo becouse they can talk by music eachother and respected eachother by music with Nori. Gallery is the one of the famous sunday afternoon party inTokyo now. party together with Underground music charisma DAVID MANCUSO. Also helped party for David Mancuso september2001.
